This position is responsible for safely performing a variety of tasks to correctly assemble, fit, install and join components in the production process of assembling crushing & screening equipment. All tasks and responsibilities to be performed per drawings/specifications and in accordance with the production schedule, under the direct supervision of Operations Management. The position requires working knowledge of forklifts, hoists, slings, hand tools, tape measure, drills, grinders etc. utilizing hydraulic knowledge, mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and pneumatics. The candidate must maintain a good work ethic and environment built on teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, communication, customer service/satisfaction and organization.
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and implementing operational excellence initiatives throughout IROCK Crushers’ manufacturing operations. This position drives continuous improvement efforts to maximize productivity, quality, safety, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate will enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, leading cross-functional teams, implementing sustainable process improvements, and developing systems that enhance manufacturing performance across fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, and support operations.
This position is responsible for safely performing a variety of welding and fabrication tasks to manufacture structural components and assemblies used in IROCK crushing and screening equipment. All tasks and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules under the direct supervision of the Fabrication & Welding Superintendent and Operations Management.
The position requires working knowledge of welding processes, fabrication equipment, forklifts, hoists, slings, hand and power tools, measuring devices, blueprint reading, and structural fabrication techniques. The candidate must maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a work environment built on teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, communication, customer service/satisfaction, and organization.
