Coal Declines – Let’s Diversify
Collaboration between Ohio Machinery, Co. (OM) Con/Agg Division “Your supplier from highwall to highway” and Independence Concrete Recycling (A DiGeronimo Company) to sell crushing components and build custom turn-key stationary plants and solutions. Built by contractors for contractors.

Recycling Aggregate vs Virgin Material
During the US recession it became important to eliminate virgin material transportation costs. Rapid Deployment System (RDS) created a portable solution to eliminate crane expenses and increase setup speed.

1994
RDS Series Development
Ohio Machinery Con/Agg Division invests in growth and manufactures a sizeable RDS series rental fleet to satisfy rental opportunities across the United States.

2000
Market Re-entry and Growth Program
Formation of IROCK Crushers LLC, independent from OM with the mission to provide profitable business opportunities to portable crushing plant operators. Established partnership with Indy Equipment (A DiGeronimo Company) to engineer and manufacture products.

TOUGHER THAN ROCK
IROCK focuses on the introduction of innovative, marketable product advantages in the design and operation of its equipment and introduces the Rapid Track System (RTS) as a mobile, track mounted crushing solution – a pioneering manufacturing endeavor in the US.

Dealer Network Focus
Continuing to sell robust portable crushing plants to end-users, IROCK begins to target building a dealer network

Product Line Development
New business strategy to move away from custom crushing solutions towards developing an established product line. The optional feature, Hydraset Hopper™, is added to the RDS-15 and RDS-20 models.

Investment in Growth
IROCK Owner and President, Ken Taylor acquires Indy Equipment's (A DiGeronimo Company) fabrication and manufacturing division, enhancing the manufacturing process, from initial design to final quality assurance, for a more streamlined process, and improved customer service experience.

Introduction of the NEW IROCK Crushers Logo
Current Leadership exhibits high growth ambitions and embarks on rebranding IROCK Crushers. This rebranding was a perfect launch into the marketplace to tell current customers and prospects who IROCK is, what they do and why they do it. The rebrand ultimately led to an updated logo design, website and other marketing materials.

Expanding A Leadership Team of Industry Experts
Nate Russell is promoted to IROCK’s Director of Sales and Business Development, having spent the last 17 years working with customers, dealers, and manufacturers to improve strategies, sales, and collaboration. Matt Holmes becomes IROCK’s Director of Product Support and Customer Service, bringing expert knowledge in related industries along with an impressive understanding of Product Support solutions. Paul McCaffrey joins us as Director of Product Development and Applications, carrying extensive insight into the crushing and screening industry markets. These experts embody the experience and ambition that will continue to lead IROCK forward.
