Ken Taylor
Owner and President
Ken Taylor is President of Ohio Machinery Co. For over 75 years, Ohio Machinery Co. has been built on growth, change and improvement. Today, across 41 operating locations with nearly 1,800 employees, the company represents a host of premium equipment and commercial vehicle brands backed by the absolute best in customer service. The company’s premium dealer brands include Ohio CAT, Ohio CAT – T...he Cat Rental Store, SITECH Ohio, Ohio Peterbilt, Allstate Ford of Youngstown, Complete Hydraulic Component Service, Complete Diesel Component Service, and Complete Bus & Specialty Vehicles. Ken is the third generation of Taylors to own and operate the company, leading with keen business sense while being highly engaged with employees. Throughout its history, Ohio Machinery Co. has endeavored to be an asset in the communities where it operates through charitable contributions, matching gift programs, and by supporting employee volunteer efforts. Ken is carrying on the Taylor family legacy of philanthropy and service, having earned the Values-In-Action Foundation’s prestigious Malden Mills Corporate Kindness Award in 2023. Ken and the company support many charitable organizations to promote education, economic development, arts and culture, and other areas essential to quality of life. These include: the Cleveland Metroparks, The Cleveland Orchestra, the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, Junior Achievement, Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospitals. Because of his passion for professional sports and the many notable attractions across the state of Ohio, support is given to the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Columbus Crew, the Cincinnati Bengals, FC Cincinnati, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation. Ken serves several organizations, giving his time and expertise both professionally and personally. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO), a member of the Board of Trustees of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a member of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA), a supporter of the Fisher Institute for Professional Selling at The University of Akron, and an active member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Lakewood, Ohio. In addition, he is past Chairman of the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) and past board member of the Associated Equipment Distributor’s Foundation (AEDF).

Director of Sales & Business Development
Nate Russell is the Director of Sales and Business Development at IROCK. He is responsible for strengthening and expanding dealer relationships within the United States while simultaneously developing existing dealer partnerships. Additionally, he leads and directs the IROCK Sales Team. Nate is passionate about ensuring that IROCK’s products and innovations meet and exceed the needs of the deale...r and end-user customers alike. Since 1997, Nate has worked in numerous positions that honed his abilities to partner with customers, dealers, and manufacturers, ensuring efficiency and maximum return on their resources. Nate has unique perspective and experience at all aspects of heavy equipment transactions, previously occupying roles at the OEM, dealer and end-user levels. Before joining the IROCK team, he owned and operated a mobile rock crushing company, was the Equipment Sales/Rental Representative at Premier Equipment, Inc., and later joined Milton CAT as their Crushing and Screening Application Sales Specialist. In 2016, Nate became the Regional Sales Manager for Terex Finlay, where he built and managed an impressive customer base. He then went on to work with IROCK as Regional Sales Manager Mid-Atlantic/Northeast. Nate’s strengths culminate in his latest role as Director of Sales and Business Development, where he continues to lead his team and inspire his customers.

Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Mike Millies leads the overall direction and strategic growth within all areas of Operations, including production, planning, supply chain facilities management and EHS. Mike has more than just a working knowledge of the complex manufacturing process. He boasts more than 15 years in heavy construction with extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, sales, global acc...ount management and overall process optimization including lean manufacturing, all of which culminate in his current role where he thrives understanding, analyzing and solving complex issues that arise within the manufacturing environment. Much of his career was spent at Komatsu followed by a brief tenure at McCloskey International. He was drawn to IROCK because of the uniquely agile business model that meets customers’ needs in a way that competitors cannot. He prioritizes safety first, and leads with an entrepreneurial spirit that affords his team the flexibility and accountability to make decisions that ultimately impact the profitability of the company. Mike has a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He and his family relocated to Ohio from Wisconsin because his belief in the vision of the company and that he has found a home at IROCK.

Director of Product Support and Customer Service
Matt Holmes holds the position of Director of Product Support and Customer Service at IROCK. His responsibilities include advancing the exceptional quality of IROCK’s product support services via leading, directing, and developing premier solutions within After-Market Parts and Technical Service Support. Additionally, Matt drives the world-class quality and enhancement of IROCK’s on-site and c...ontinuous training programs. Matt graduated from Regis University in 2003 with a Masters in Business Administration. Since then, he has held increasingly distinguished roles in leadership and management. He was the International Customer Service Manager for Pentair Water. Then, at Weir Minerals North America, he served in numerous commercial and product support leadership roles, eventually becoming Vice President of Sales Eastern U.S. Before joining IROCK, Matt was the District Sales Manager at Grundfos USA, where he was responsible for managing their distribution network and key accounts. His impressive history, including noteworthy advancements in strategic relationships, business development, and leadership, along with an expert understanding of Product Support solutions, establishes Matt as an integral member of the IROCK team.

Director of Product Development and Applications
Paul McCaffrey is IROCK’s Director of Product Development and Applications. His responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and advancing the performance of the IROCK product line. Moreover, with extensive knowledge of the industry markets, Paul is tasked with leading the Engineering department, providing technical solutions for complex projects and product applications that ensure constant... improvements in overall customer service, satisfaction, and dealer profitability. Paul received his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Ulster in 2003. He then went on to work for Powerscreen Crushing & Screening as their Territory Sales Representative. His expertise complemented the roles he eventually assumed as Regional Sales Manager, then, as Technical Support & Service Manager at Terex Finlay, where they relied extensively upon his skills in the aspects of product development. Paul’s substantial career path with Terex Finlay yielded an impressive reputation among customers and distributors alike as an expert in application and operational practices. Paul’s notable track record within the crushing and screening industry makes him ideal for his current position as Director of Product Development and Applications at IROCK.
