IROCK Crushers To Showcase Industry Leading Crushing And Screening Equipment At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023

IROCK Crushers will showcase their crushing and screening product lines including the TC-20 Mobile Impact Crusher, ITC-200 Mobile Cone Crusher, and TS-4512 Mobile Scalping Screen at its interactive booth at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023. Known for providing the best customer support in the industry, the IROCK team will be in attendance to share the latest innovations, discuss industry trends, and provide true support to their network of dealers and producers.

The TC-20 Mobile Impact Crusher is a preferred crushing solution, featuring the largest hopper in its class along with powerful performance. Built for big loads and even bigger production, the TC-20 can process soft to medium rock, recycled concrete, or recycled asphalt to produce a uniform, cubical product. Its two-speed tracking and easy maneuverability will increase efficiency and quality of work. The main conveyor pressure sensor continuously monitors belt load to prevent overloading and unnecessary downtime for the end user.

ITC-200 Mobile Cone Crusher, powered by a CAT® C9.3B 375 HP, is designed for optimum versatility in crushing spreads, with easy conversion from the finest to the coarsest cavity and adjustable speed to produce a higher percentage of on-spec product. This ideal mobile secondary crushing solution offers fewer crushing stages ultimately lowering costs and saving energy for operators.

Rounding out the impressive display, is the TS-4512 Mobile Scalping Screen, known for its durability, reliability, and high quality components, resulting in the most aggressive screening action in its class. The heavy-duty 4-ply belt and twin drive geared head drum on the feeder provide maximum strength for the most arduous applications. Engineered to move easily between sites, the unit measures only 8’ 2” wide and 10’ 6” tall when it’s ready for transport. With rapid setup and easy maintenance, it’s the ultimate solution for power and accessibility.
