IROCK Welcomes Michael Millies – Director of Operations
IROCK Crushers, a leading manufacturer of mobile and portable crushers, screening plants, and conveying equipment, is excited to announce Michael Millies has joined the IROCK Leadership Team as Director of Operations.
Millies joins the IROCK Leadership Team with nearly fifteen years invested in the heavy equipment industry. During his tenure with McCloskey International leading a multidivisional commercial team, he was able to effectively drive strategic initiatives to further foster corporate growth. Before this role, Millies spent the better part of his career with Komatsu. While with the company his passion for the heavy equipment industry was realized. As he continuously gained increasing levels of responsibility growing from warehousing and logistics roles to global account management, he was able to gain a deeper understanding of the manufacturing discipline.

In his new position, Millies will be responsible for the overall direction and strategic growth within all areas of Operations. These areas include Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Facilities Management & EHS. Along with overseeing these areas, Millies will have the responsibility of ensuring the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of IROCK’s operations. In addition to developing solutions for complex projects, Millies will also work towards meeting corporate objectives, which will further enhance IROCK’s long-term growth and profitability.
