IROCK’s TC-15CC Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher has the largest inlet opening in its class – 37”x43”. This plant can be operated in demanding applications crushing virgin aggregates or recycled materials thanks to the extreme efficiency of the pre-screen, under crusher pan feeder, and cross-belt magnet. The crusher load is optimized with PLC controls to produce maximum tons per hour per engine horsepower with its constant engine load and feeder speed monitoring system. The return conveyor can also articulate out perpendicular to the machine to stockpile the oversize and mid-grade product. Additionally, the simple disconnect system can quickly detach the screen module and convert the machine to an open or closed loop system in minutes.

The digital pressure transducers and speed sensors aid in monitoring the health of the hydraulic system. World-class quality Danfoss hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves provide the user with peace of mind for maximum machine uptime. IROCK’s proprietary smart logic utilizing the Danfoss Plus1 controller monitors the system load and controls the feed rate to eliminate system overload.
