Jenkins Promoted to Technical Support & Service Manager
IROCK Crushers, a leading manufacturer of mobile and portable crushing plants, screening plants, and conveying equipment, is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe “JJ” Jenkins to Technical Support & Service Manager.
“I’m excited and honored to step into this new role. Providing next-level support to our customers remains a top priority for IROCK, and it will remain the top priority for me,” said Jenkins.
JJ has been delivering responsive product and support solutions to IROCK dealers and end-users for the past four years. He’s viewed as the “go-to” for troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of complex electrical and hydraulic issues that can plague in-field operations.
In this new role, he’ll lead IROCK’s technical support team and continue working with dealers and end-user’s to facilitate expert level OEM guidance during any unexpected or unique issues. JJ’s position will allow him to work hand-in-hand with customers to collect, analyze, and incorporate their valuable feedback into further enhancing product development endeavors. He’ll also direct and organize training initiatives that provide further opportunities to utilize his extensive experience and knowledge base.
