Malhado Promoted to Director of Product Support
IROCK Crushers, a leading manufacturer of mobile and portable crushing plants, screening plants, and conveying equipment, is pleased to announce the promotion of Howard Malhado to the position of Director of Product Support.

With more than a decade of on-site technical and equipment troubleshooting experience at IROCK, Malhado offers a robust skill set, and a real talent for productive collaboration. In his new role, he will lead, direct, and develop product support and after-market solutions for dealers and end users. Engaging cross functionally supporting and liaising with the Operations, Product Development & Sales Departments to further enhance overall customer service, satisfaction, safety and dealer/direct customer profitability will be a core focus.
As the Director of Product Support, Malhado will lead departmental initiatives and oversee a team of Product Support managers and specialists tasked with meeting corporate objectives that will further enhance IROCK’s overall growth and profitability. Along with these responsibilities, he will capture the “voice of the customer”, oversee the collection of field data for existing products and conduct market research to substantiate product development initiatives.
