There’s something new to get excited about at IROCK. We call it our new “Best In Class” Warranty.

Now, I admit, warranty programs, in general, are not designed to invoke celebration, but we think that our new “Best in Class” Warranty program is something that our customers will find exciting. Why? Because customers already know our equipment is dependable, and now we have a comprehensive warranty that will support our outstanding equipment. I’m proud to say that the new warranty program ties together all the premier elements that support our customers after the sale.

IROCK received consistent feedback from the field that customers were placing increased emphasis on value-added features when making their buying decisions. With increased focus on support and service over the past two years, the final supplementary piece needed was to upgrade our warranty program.
